Responsibilities
- Manage overnight check-ins/checkouts with precision and efficiency
- Balance daily accounts and generate accurate financial reports
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for smooth operations
- Maintain accurate logs of incidents and maintenance requests
- Safeguard hotel assets and ensure security protocols are followed
- Prepare end-of-night reports for management review
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy

- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
