Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk service including check-in/check-out, reservations management, and guest inquiries
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records using hotel management software
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and dining teams to ensure seamless guest operations
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction
- Manage multi-line phone system and relay messages efficiently
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling as needed
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous room status tracking and key control
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hotel front desk or customer service role
- Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Opera, Rainmaker)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Basic knowledge of San Antonio attractions and transportation
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred for valet duties
- Flexible availability including weekends, nights, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
