Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails professionally, transferring inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Process payments and resolve billing issues with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist guests with local recommendations, transportation, and special requests to enhance their experience.
- Maintain the front desk area to ensure it is organized, clean, and fully stocked.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; previous experience in a hotel front desk is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS software.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting luggage.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for customer service.
