Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk service including check-in/check-out, guest inquiries, and reservation management
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and efficiency
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to ensure seamless operations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk environment and lobby area
- Utilize property management systems (Opera, PMS) for accurate record-keeping
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Texas Food Handler certification preferred
