Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with warm professionalism
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing systems with accuracy
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and dining teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with empathy
- Maintain detailed records of guest preferences and feedback
- Process payments and manage cash drawer according to company protocols

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel reception or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, FOSSE preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid Texas driver's license (if required for duties)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic knowledge of Fort Worth attractions and transportation
