Responsibilities
- Greets guests warmly and assists with check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
- Manages reservations and room assignments using the Opera PMS system.
- Handles incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Resolves guest complaints and issues promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Maintains a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
- Assists in processing payments and maintaining financial records.
- Collaborates with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless guest stays.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel reservation software (e.g., Opera).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards.
