Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a premium first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate department or taking accurate messages.
- Process payments and handle cash, credit card, and check transactions accurately and securely.
- Assist with room assignments, upgrades, and special requests to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; previous hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and billing.
