Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using Opera PMS system
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and rate adjustments accurately
- Process payments, manage cash drawer, and reconcile daily transactions
- Respond to guest inquiries with local recommendations and problem resolution
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for guest requests
- Uphold brand standards through professional appearance and communication
- Assist with VIP arrivals and special event coordination
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic math accuracy for financial transactions
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
- Tech-savvy with MS Office suite
