Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using PMS systems
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain guest records
- Perform concierge duties (local recommendations, transportation arrangements)
- Uphold brand standards through exceptional service delivery
- Assist in training new reception staff when required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar PMS software
- Exceptional multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Baltimore attractions and services
