- Provide local Milwaukee attraction recommendations
- Maintain organized front desk operations and filing systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel reception or customer service experience
- Proficiency in PMS systems (e.g., Opera, RoomRack)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
