Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in/check-out processes using hotel management software
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing transactions with meticulous attention to detail
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve complaints using de-escalation techniques
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet departments for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Act as local tourism ambassador providing recommendations for attractions and dining
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year front desk or customer service experience in luxury/hotel environment
- Proficiency in Opera, Fidelio, or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English
- Ability to multitask effectively during peak hours and high-pressure situations
- Basic accounting knowledge and cash handling experience
- Valid Missouri driver's license and reliable transportation
