Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using Opera property management system
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and confirmations with precision
- Resolve guest complaints and coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Provide local recommendations for attractions, dining, and transportation
- Uphold brand standards through exceptional phone and in-person communication
- Collaborate with concierge team to create personalized guest experiences
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with reservation systems (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Excellent multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Colorado Springs attractions and geography
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
