Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using PMS software while maintaining accurate records
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with meticulous attention to detail
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests for seamless operations
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures following financial protocols
- Act as a local resource recommending dining, attractions, and transportation options
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in PMS systems (Opera, OPERA Cloud) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask effectively during high-volume periods
- Valid North Carolina driver's license and clean driving record for errands
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
