Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk services including check-in/out, guest inquiries, and reservation management
- Handle guest complaints with empathy and resolve issues promptly
- Process payments, manage cash floats, and maintain accurate billing records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Utilize property management systems (Opera, Fidelio) efficiently
- Uphroom safety and security protocols for guests and staff
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel front desk experience in luxury properties
- Proficiency in PMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid New York State hospitality license
- Fluency in English; Spanish/French highly valued
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
