Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences using Opera property management system
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and VIP guest requests with precision
- Resolve guest inquiries and issues promptly while maintaining service excellence
- Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate financial records
- Uphold brand standards through professional appearance and polished communication
- Assist with group check-ins and special event coordination
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury hotel front desk experience required
- Proficiency in Opera property management system or similar PMS
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Illinois Food Handler's Certificate or willingness to obtain
