Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized check-in/check-out procedures and concierge assistance
- Manage multi-line phone systems and coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and dining teams
- Process payments, resolve billing inquiries, and maintain accurate reservation records
- Upsell premium rooms, suites, and local attractions to maximize revenue
- Handle emergency situations calmly while adhering to hotel safety protocols
- Operate property management systems (Opera/PMS) and generate daily reports
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hotel front desk or high-volume customer service experience
- Proficiency in PMS systems (Opera, Opera Cloud) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills in English; bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Professional appearance with polished interpersonal demeanor
- Basic knowledge of San Diego attractions and transportation systems
