Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage reservations and optimize room inventory using Opera PMS system
- Resolve guest inquiries with empathy and efficiency, including billing and amenity requests
- Coordinate with housekeeping, valet, and F&B teams for seamless operations
- Execute upselling strategies for premium rooms and hotel services
- Maintain accurate guest records and confidential information
- Handle emergency situations following established protocols
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hotel front desk experience in luxury properties
- Proficiency in Opera PMS, Marriott Bonvoy, or similar systems
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments with attention to detail
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong problem-solving abilities with conflict resolution expertise
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
