Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and precision
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and special requests
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and dining teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Utilize PMS systems for inventory and reporting
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera PMS or similar hotel software
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license (for va/shuttle duties)
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
