Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently using Opera PMS
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Operate multiline phone system and manage reservation bookings
- Uphold brand standards through personalized guest interactions
- Assist with concierge services and local recommendations
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification a plus
- Valid Colorado driver's license (if required for errands)
