As a key member of our front desk team, you'll manage check-in/check-out processes, handle reservations, and resolve guest inquiries with warmth and efficiency. Our ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures with precision and efficiency
- Process reservations, room assignments, and payment transactions
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for room readiness
- Operate property management systems (PMS) and communication tools
- Maintain accurate records of guest feedback and incident reports
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years front desk or customer service experience in luxury hotels
- Proficiency with PMS systems (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure situations
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Basic knowledge of Nashville attractions and local services
