- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service excellence
- Utilize hotel management software (Opera) efficiently
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hotel front desk or hospitality experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Oregon Food Handler's card (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Portland attractions and local area
