Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk services including check-in/out, guest inquiries, and reservation management
- Handle guest requests with efficiency and professionalism while maintaining high service standards
- Manage room assignments and key systems using PMS software (Opera experience preferred)
- Process payments and resolve billing discrepancies with accuracy
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security departments for seamless operations
- Uphold brand standards through personalized guest interactions and problem resolution
- Maintain organized records of guest communications and special requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in PMS systems (Opera, Delphi) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Valid Nevada driver's license and clean driving record (if required for shuttle duties)
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
