Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes with speed and accuracy
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and confirmations via phone/email
- Address guest concerns promptly and resolve issues with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Utilize hotel management software (Opera) efficiently
- Provide local recommendations and assist with travel arrangements
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills with a guest-first mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license preferred for local errands
- Fluency in English; Spanish a plus
