Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk service including check-in/out, room assignments, and guest inquiries
- Manage reservation systems with accuracy and efficiency
- Process payments and maintain financial transaction records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for guest requests
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and solutions-oriented approach
- Operate PMS software and maintain guest confidentiality
- Assist with concierge services and local area recommendations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel reception or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera PMS or similar hotel management software
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid Arizona driver's license (for va/shuttle duties)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Mesa attractions and transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
