Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional check-in/check-out service with personalized guest interactions
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with accuracy
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams for seamless operations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly using conflict resolution best practices
- Maintain detailed records in property management systems (Opera/PMS)
- Execute upselling techniques for spa, dining, and premium accommodations
- Ensure lobby and common areas maintain pristine standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or high-end customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments during peak seasons
- Valid Virginia hospitality alcohol certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
