Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with warm professionalism
- Manage room reservations and optimize occupancy through strategic upselling
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Utilize PMS software (Opera) for inventory management and reporting
- Uphold brand standards through attentive service and attention to detail
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of local attractions and transportation
- Valid Texas driver's license (for airport shuttle duties)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
