Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out processes for guests using hotel management systems
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide local area recommendations
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for room readiness
- Process payments and manage cash drawer with 100% accuracy
- Oversee reservation modifications and room upgrades
- Maintain immaculate front desk appearance and organize guest records
- Collaborate with security team during emergency situations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera property management system
- Exceptional multitasking abilities under pressure
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
- Valid New York State Food Handler's Certificate
- Impeccable grooming standards and professional demeanor
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
