Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently with attention to detail and personalized service
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and proactive problem-solving
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Operate PMS systems (Opera/Micros) and office equipment
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in PMS systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid California driver's license (for vaif parking duties)
- Basic knowledge of LA attractions and transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 15 lbs
- Fluency in English; Spanish highly desirable
