Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using Opera property management system
- Handle high-volume phone inquiries and online reservations with precision
- Resolve guest complaints promptly while maintaining service excellence standards
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures per brand guidelines
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for guest requests
- Upsell premium services and amenities to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and special requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or high-end customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Fidelio preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment during peak seasons
- Strong problem-solving skills with conflict resolution aptitude
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Dallas attractions and transportation options
