Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk service including check-in/check-out, guest inquiries, and reservation management
- Manage room inventory and coordinate with housekeeping for seamless guest transitions
- Handle billing, payment processing, and POS transactions accurately
- Resolve guest complaints with professionalism and discretion
- Maintain security protocols and manage key systems
- Collaborate with concierge, valet, and dining teams for integrated service
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or high-end customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Austin attractions and transportation
