- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for optimal operations
- Utilize hotel management software efficiently (Opera experience preferred)
- Uphold brand standards through consistent professionalism
Qualifications
- 1+ years of front desk or customer service experience in hospitality
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in reservation systems and basic office software
