Responsibilities
- Manage seamless check-in/check-out processes for hotel guests
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and local expertise
- Coordinate room assignments and special requests (VIP, accessibility, etc.)
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Utilize property management systems (Opera/PMS) efficiently
- Uphold brand standards for cleanliness and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk experience required
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with property management systems
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid North Carolina driver's license preferred
- Flexibility for evening/weekend shifts
- Basic knowledge of Charlotte attractions and services
- High school diploma or equivalent required
