Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/out procedures with precision and warmth
- Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Coordinate room assignments and special requests
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Utilize hotel management software (Opera experience preferred)
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in hotel management systems
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments

- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
