Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service through personalized check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and proactive solutions
- Maintain accurate guest records and financial transactions
- Utilize property management systems (Opera/PMS) efficiently
- Execute upselling strategies for hotel amenities and services
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality/reception experience required
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera/PMS)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends/holidays
- Valid Oregon driver's license preferred
- Knowledge of Portland attractions and transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree a plus
