Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional check-in/check-out services for all guests
- Manage reservations and room assignments using Opera PMS
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with exceptional problem-solving
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests
- Upsell hotel amenities and local attractions
- Maintain a pristine, organized front desk environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel management systems
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic knowledge of Memphis attractions and services
- Valid Tennessee driver's license preferred
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
