Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized check-in/check-out experiences for all guests
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest requests promptly
- Utilize Opera PMS software to manage daily operations efficiently
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Act as a local tourism ambassador, recommending attractions and services
- Uphold brand standards while maintaining a calm demeanor during peak hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or luxury customer service experience required
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera PMS preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Louisville tourism landscape is a plus
- Must pass background check and drug screening
