Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes while maintaining accurate records
- Handle reservations via phone, email, and in-person with exceptional efficiency
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Process payments and manage billing transactions accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and lobby
- Utilize hotel management software (e.g., Opera) for daily operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year front desk or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in reservation systems and basic MS Office
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a service-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid California driver's license (if required for errands)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
