Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized check-in/check-out experiences using Opera property management system
- Manage multi-line phone system and coordinate guest requests with housekeeping and concierge teams
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate financial records
- Resolve guest inquiries with empathy and professionalism, ensuring satisfaction
- Monitor room availability and optimize reservation processes for maximum occupancy
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service delivery and facility cleanliness
- Collaborate with management to implement operational improvements
Qualifications
- 1+ years of front desk or customer service experience in hospitality
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask effectively during peak check-in periods
- Valid North Carolina driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of local attractions and transportation options
- High school diploma or equivalent required
