Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and register guests with exceptional customer service
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using hotel software
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest needs
- Operate switchboard and manage multi-line phone systems
- Uphold brand standards through attentive guest interactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Zero hospitality experience necessary – training provided!
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Basic computer proficiency (typing 30+ WPM preferred)

- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
