Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out services using Opera PMS system
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries with precision
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Resolve guest concerns promptly to ensure 100% satisfaction
- Assist with concierge services and local recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized lobby environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of Philadelphia attractions and transportation
- Positive attitude with a service-first mindset
