Responsibilities
- Efficiently check in/out guests using property management systems
- Manage reservations and room assignments with meticulous attention to detail
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Process payments, maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security departments
- Promote hotel services and local attractions to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area and lobby
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Proficient with reservation software (Opera, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Seattle attractions and transportation
