Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk service including check-in/out, reservations, and guest inquiries
- Manage room assignments and maximize occupancy through strategic upselling
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Utilize hotel management software (Opera) for daily operations
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and maintain high satisfaction scores

Qualifications
