Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through warm check-in/check-out processes and personalized assistance
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries using property management software
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and dining teams to maintain operational excellence
- Process payments, maintain accurate financial records, and balance daily cash reports
- Act as primary information resource for local attractions, transportation, and events
- Uphold brand standards through consistent cleanliness and professional appearance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic property management systems
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
