Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and check in/check out guests with professional demeanor
- Manage reservations and room assignments using our hotel software
- Handle guest inquiries about local attractions and amenities
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Uphold strict confidentiality of guest information
Qualifications
- Must be 16+ years old (high school students welcome!)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, POS systems)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and multitask
