Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and accuracy
- Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism
- Process payments and manage billing discrepancies
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests
- Maintain detailed reservation records in our PMS system
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and diplomatically
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency with reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of local attractions and services
- Certified in CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain)
