Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our property management system (PMS).
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, directing them to the appropriate department.
- Resolve guest complaints and inquiries with patience and professionalism.
- Process payments, handle cash, and manage credit card transactions accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby.
- Assist with luggage handling and provide local area recommendations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous hospitality experience is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel reservation software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
