Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes efficiently
- Handle phone calls and manage reservations via Opera system
- Resolve guest inquiries and coordinate with housekeeping/management
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Uphold brand standards through exceptional service delivery
- Assist with VIP requests and special event coordination
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in reservation systems (Opera/PMS)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic computer literacy and cash handling experience
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
