Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and assist hotel guests with check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt resolution
- Operate PMS systems (Opera/Micros) and maintain accurate guest records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and concierge teams seamlessly
- Process payments and maintain secure cash handling protocols
- Uphold brand standards through impeccable cleanliness and presentation of lobby areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification a plus
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred, entry-level candidates welcome
- Proficient in basic computer systems and reservation software
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Fluent in English; additional languages (Spanish, Mandarin, Japanese) highly valued
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid California driver's license (if required for errands)
