Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using PMS software
- Manage reservations and room assignments
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Resolve guest inquiries with exceptional service
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Maintain accurate guest records
- Assist with concierge services and local recommendations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, PMS systems)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Previous hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible schedule availability (weekends/holidays)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
