Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional check-in/check-out experiences using hotel management systems
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests with precision
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with empathy and efficiency
- Process payments, maintain accurate cash drawer, and reconcile transactions daily
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams
- Uphold strict cleanliness standards for the reception area and lobby
- Contribute to creating memorable guest experiences through personalized service
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred (hospitality a plus)
